The Stewards announce the following disciplinary actions arising from inquiries held at the offices of the Jamaica Racing Commission, Units 15-17 Big Buy Plaza, Portmore, St. Catherine, on Tuesday, April 21, 2026.
Jockey CALVIN BAILEY;
- who rode FIDELITY in the tenth (10th) race on Saturday, April 11th, 2026, was fined Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for excessive use of the whip during the running of the race.
- who rode I AM FRED in the eight (8th) race on Saturday, April 11th, 2026, was fined Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for excessive use of the whip during the running of the race.
