The Stewards announce the following disciplinary actions arising from inquiries held at the offices of the Jamaica Racing Commission, Unit 15-17 Big Buy Plaza, Portmore, St. Catherine, on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
Trainer RICHARD AZAN was summoned for the breach of protocol to enter the racecourse with unvaccinated and unregistered yearling. After hearing his submissions, Trainer Azan was cautioned.
Groom KEMAR MASON was fined Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) to explain the circumstances for operating as an unlicensed Stable Employee.
Trainer ANTHONY NUNES was summoned for the breach of protocol to enter the racecourse with unvaccinated and unregistered yearling. After hearing submissions from Trainer Nunes, his explanation was accepted.
