Jockey PHILLIP PARCHMENT who rode ROSETTA in the tenth (10th) race on Saturday, August 3, 2024 was suspended for one (1) raceday and fined Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) for the excessive and improper use of his whip causing severe laceration to the flank of the horse. The suspension will take effect on Saturday, September 14, 2024.
