Jockey TEVIN FOSTER who rode: - PRINCESS TALISE in the eighth (8th) race on Saturday, November 02, 2024 was fined Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for the excessive use of his whip; and, - PROVIDENT in the first (1st) race on Saturday, November 09, 2024 was fined Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for the excessive use of his whip.
