On Thursday 2nd May 2024 the Jamaica Racing Commission heard an appeal submitted by Trainer Byron Davis against the decision of the Stewards for the suspension of Trainers License on December 19th, 2023 Trainer Byron Davis was represented by Attorney-at-law Orville Johnson in this appeal investigation. After carefully reviewing the evidence presented and submissions made by his Attorney Mr. Johnson, along with submissions from the Jamaica Racing Commission’s Operations Steward, the Commission upheld the decision of the Stewards and recommended that trainer Davis be able to reapply for his license.
