Jockey RADDESH ROMAN who rode: - OIL MACHINE in the first (1st) race on Saturday, November 09, 2024 was cautioned for the excessive use of his whip; and, - GOLDEN LAWYER in the sixth (6th) race on Saturday, November 09, 2024 was fined Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for the excessive use of his whip.
