The Stewards announce the following disciplinary actions arising from inquiries held at the offices of the Jamaica Racing Commission, 8 Winchester Road, Kingston 10, on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. Jockey TEVIN FOSTER who rode SMART TRICK in the seventh (7th) race on Tuesday, December 24, 2024 was suspended for two (2) race days and fined Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for the intimidation and interference caused to J SPIETH leaving the 200 metre point of the race. The suspension will take effect on Saturday, February 1, 2025.
