The Stewards announce the following disciplinary actions arising from inquiries held at the offices of the Jamaica Racing Commission, 8 Winchester Road, Kingston 10, on Tuesday, January 09, 2024. Jockey RADDESH ROMAN who rode BLU SENSATION in the second (2nd) race on Saturday, 16th December, 2023, was suspended for two (2) racedays and fined Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for striking another rider with his whip in the race whilst leaving the 600 metre point. The suspension will commence on 20th January, 2024.
