The Stewards announce the following disciplinary actions arising from inquiries held at the offices of the Jamaica Racing Commission, 8 Winchester Road, Kingston 10, on Tuesday, February 13 and 20, 2024. Trainer JASON DACOSTA was summoned to answer charges of the inconsistent running of FLY MESSENGER FLY in the fourth (4th) race and SHE’S MYHEDGEFUND in the fifth (5th) race on Sunday, January 21, 2024. After hearing submissions from Trainer DaCosta, his explanation was accepted as to the turnaround in the performances of the horses.
