Jockey TEVIN FOSTER who rode: - BRITTBRIAN EXPRESS in the sixth (6th) race on Saturday, May 4, 2024 had his explanation accepted for the intimidation to ZAYN’S PRINCESS in the vicinity of the 900 metre point; - SHE’S A GODGIFT on Sunday, May 5, 2024 was fined Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for the intimidation and interference caused to CHOCOMO, DIGITAL LIGHT and SMART STRIKE leaving the 800 metre point; - INTERESTINTIMESAHEAD was fined Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for the intimidation caused to CROWN CHASER shortly after the start; - FLYBLUEJET on Saturday, May 11, 2024 had his explanation accepted for the intimidation and interference caused to SHE’S A MIRACLE leaving the 600 metre point; and, - PREMIER IDENTITY in the fourth (4th) race on Sunday, May 19, 2024 was fined One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for the excessive use of his whip. A suspension of five race days was imposed on Jockey Foster, however, the suspension was deferred for four (4) months, during which, should he be found guilty of any infringement, the five race days shall become effective. RADDESH ROMAN who rode SHE’S HALL DAT in the fifth (5th) race on Sunday, 28th August, 2022, was fined Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for the interference caused to GIVEMETHELIGHT leaving the 600 metre point.
