The Stewards announce the following disciplinary actions arising from inquiries held at the offices of the Jamaica Racing Commission, 8 Winchester Road, Kingston 10, on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. Jockey PAUL FRANCIS who rode: - THE LOVE OF GOD in the fifth (5th) race on Thursday, May 23, 2024 was cautioned for not taking all reasonable and permissible measures to win the race; - BOOTYLICIOUS in the eighth (8th) race on Saturday, May 25, 2024 had his explanation accepted for the intimidation and interference to I AM FRED in the vicinity of the 1000 metre point; and, - SHE’S ADORABLE in the eighth (8th) race on Saturday, June 1, 2024 was fined Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for the excessive use of his whip.
