The Stewards announce the following disciplinary actions arising from inquiries held at the offices of the Jamaica Racing Commission, 8 Winchester Road, Kingston 10, on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. The Jamaica Racing Commission apologizes to Jockey Shane Richardson after it was inadvertently published that he was fined Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for the excessive use of his whip when he rode LAST DANCE in the fifth (5th) race on Saturday, May 25, 2024. He however, had his explanation accepted.
